Job Description

Your Email Partner helps online shops turn their email & SMS into steady revenue. We are looking for a sharp, reliable apprentice who enjoys both the structured side of systems and the creative side of communication. As a Junior Email Strategist, you will work directly with the owner and the team, gaining hands-on mentorship while contributing to client work from day one.

All you’ll need to get started: a phone, a laptop or computer, and a reliable internet connection.

Responsibilities

• Shadow strategy calls and learn how to map retention plans.
• Audit client accounts (flows, campaigns, deliverability).
• Support reporting and account organization.
• Draft light copy for client campaigns and flows in our grounded voice.
• Write simple creative briefs (image direction, subject lines, layout notes) for the design team.
• Grow into leading accounts and client communication over time.

Growth Path

• Month 1: Focus on shadowing calls, running audits, reporting, and light copy practice on a part-time basis.
• Months 2–3: Start leading sections of deliverables, writing campaign copy, and drafting creative briefs.
• Beyond: Grow into a full strategist role with ownership of accounts and increased pay.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
