Job Description

We are currently seeking an Email Marketing Manager to assist the Marketing and Communications team at a global asset management company in Downtown Boston, MA, 02114. This is a temporary role for 12 months that pays up to $50.00 per hour based on relative work experience, within a 40-hour work week. The position requires on-site presence for 3 days a week.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or communications
• 5-7+ years of experience in email marketing, preferably in “B2C” and/or the financial services industry
• Hands-on experience with Marketo or similar marketing automation platforms
• Basic proficiency in HTML/CSS for email formatting and troubleshooting
• Demonstrated creative thinking and analytical skills
• Strong written and communication skills
• Strong project management skills
• Self-starter

Principal Responsibilities

• Develop and implement targeting and segmentation strategies
• Use data to drive decisions, monitor performance, and optimize direct marketing campaigns
• Personalize email content
• Collaborate with key partners to ensure integrated campaign execution and reporting
• Drive awareness and influence investment decisions through direct marketing strategies
• Maintain the email marketing calendar and ensure timely campaign execution
• Report on campaign performance using key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversions
