Develop a cross-platform mobile app

I am looking for an expert to develop an app that will be compatible with both iOS and Android. The app should include essential features such as user accounts with multiple authentication options, profile management, onboarding and tutorial screens, a dashboard for main functions or personalized content, robust search and navigation, and notifications for updates and real-time alerts. Payment integration for various methods, ability to view payment history, and offline functionality where possible are required. Security features should include encrypted data, secure APIs, and preferably two-factor authentication. Additional requirements are in-app support (help center, FAQs, or live chat), easy reporting of problems, customizable settings (dark mode, languages, privacy), map and location services, media uploads, community features, analytics for app owners, and integration with third-party tools. I would like to work remotely with an expert on this as a single project with potential for more work. I am an entrepreneur and this is for a personal project.
