UGC Creator for Fintech Ad Campaigns (LA Preferred)

Content Creator is needed in Los Angeles, United States.

We are Ava Finance, a fintech startup focused on helping people build credit with accessible and trustworthy tools. As Creative Director, I am looking to build a roster of UGC creators who can produce authentic, vertical short-form video ads for platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. The content should be testimonial, product demo, lifestyle integration, or conversational/podcast-style, and must include hook-driven variations and raw clips (no need for finished edits or captioning). We prefer LA-based creators for occasional in-person shoots but are open to talent nationwide for remote work. A background or comfort with fintech, technology, or app-related content is a plus, but not required, and collaboration and authenticity on camera are essential. The first deliverables are needed within 7-10 days of hire, with ongoing weekly content expected for the duration of the project and potential for future work.
