Job Description

As a UX Designer at John Deere Financial, you will create wireframes, prototypes, and production-ready designs to enhance usability and user experience across customer, dealer, and internal digital platforms. You’ll work cross-functionally, leveraging research and analytics to deliver user-centered designs aligned with brand and system guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver moderately complex portals and web products.
• Develop application models, website maps, templates, and prototypes.
• Conduct competitive benchmarking, A/B testing, and usability analysis.
• Implement customer experience initiatives and digital channel enhancements.
• Translate research data and user feedback into actionable design solutions.
• Contribute to UX strategy across multiple product lines/platforms.
• Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to ensure design feasibility.

Requirements

Required Skills & Experience

• 2+ years of UX/UI design experience for mobile and complex interfaces.
• Proficient in Figma for design and prototyping.
• Strong understanding of holistic and strategic design thinking.
• Experience using and adhering to brand/design systems.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to translate user needs into visual design for dev teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• A compelling portfolio showcasing layout diversity and interactive prototypes.
• Experience in agile environments and cross-functional team collaboration.
• Understanding of accessibility guidelines (WCAG, ADA, etc.).
• Exposure to front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React).
• Continuous learning via UX certifications or online upskilling.

Education Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in:

• Information Technology,
• Human Computer Interaction,
• Graphic/Digital Design,
• Industrial Design, Marketing, Human Factors, or a related field.
• (Equivalent experience may be accepted)

Additional Information

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $67,870.63 - $81,736.67 per year
