Development of a Cloud-Based Solar Rooftop Analysis Tool (MVP)

Hi, I am looking for a skilled developer or team to build a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) for a solar rooftop analysis tool, hosted on Google Cloud. The initial focus is on Germany, but the project aims to be scalable. This tool is for internal use and should help identify suitable rooftops for solar installations in selected areas, connecting them to company information. The first version should be simple but functional, with future expansion in mind (such as adding shading analysis or ROI simulation later). Key features include interactive map-based area selection, automatic rooftop detection, integration with company data, and exportable results. The technical stack is Google Cloud Platform (App Engine or Cloud Run), with emphasis on a clean, modular and well-documented architecture using Docker for reproducibility. The ideal candidate has experience in GIS, geospatial data analysis, remote sensing, cloud development on GCP, and modern web development (React or Angular).
