Event Concept Designer Needed – Gala Dinner (November 2025)
We are looking for an experienced event concept designer to create the design and visual plan for a high-end employee recognition gala dinner in Abu Dhabi. The event will host 300 guests and should feel like an international award ceremony – classy, celebratory, and full of ‘wow’ moments. The freelancer will be responsible for developing a creative theme and moodboard inspired by award ceremonies, 2D ballroom layout featuring stage, LED screens, red carpet, seating and activations, and branding elements such as logo, invitations, trophy design, and table branding. Additional requirements include guest journey ideas, 2D annotated plans, 3D mockups/renders, and a polished presentation deck in PDF format. Proven experience in event concept design, especially for galas, corporate, or awards events, is required. Strong portfolios in stage and branding design are needed. Ability to deliver presentation-ready visuals within three weeks is expected. The client name and exact venue will remain confidential until engagement.
