We are seeking both a Mobile Developer (App Lead) and a Backend Developer (Platform Lead) to join the TrailTales project, a mobile app for iOS and Android that transforms everyday car rides into engaging, story-driven journeys. As the Mobile Developer, you will be responsible for building the iOS/Android app, implementing trip detection, developing an audio engine, and managing caching. As the Backend Developer, your responsibilities will include building cloud services, API integrations, moderation features, gamification, and personalization systems. The project is run by Borealyn, a startup hub based in Munich, and we are looking for talents willing to collaborate as co-owners. Work can be done remotely, and we aim to deliver the project within three months. This is a long-term, ongoing personal project with a focus on creating an innovative user experience for travel and storytelling.
