We are building MAGAdeddon, a politically satirical, action-packed indie game designed to be bold, funny, and culturally relevant. The project is still in its early stages, and we’re assembling a team of passionate creatives who want to help shape something unique from the ground up. While the game uses politics as a framework for satire, MAGAdeddon is not about pushing a political agenda. The narrative draws from real-life events and characters for humor and direction, with a focus on fun, parody, and creative storytelling.

Role: Game Producer

Compensation: No upfront pay. Instead, you’ll earn royalties tied to:

• Ad revenue
• App/game sales
• Sponsorships
• Overall success of the game

Commitment: Remote, flexible, no minimum work hours. This is meant to be a fun and rewarding passion project — something you contribute to on your own time.

Ownership: Equity/ownership opportunities are available for committed contributors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the project’s roadmap using Asana to coordinate tasks and priorities.
• Keep the team connected through our Discord workspace.
• Support creative collaboration across dev, art, writing, and sound teams.
• Ensure communication stays smooth, organized, and fun.
• Take advantage of our ChatGPT Business account to help manage workflows, generate ideas, and streamline production.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in project management, producing, or leading small creative teams.
• Familiarity with indie game development processes (bonus if you’ve shipped a project).
• Comfortable using collaboration tools like Discord and Asana.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Passion for satire, indie games, and collaborative creative work.
