AI Development Expert for Sustainability Reporting Platform

We are seeking an AI / ML development expert to build an AI-enabled sustainability reporting platform as an MVP with potential scaling later. The platform should let users upload sustainability disclosures and related evidence, then utilize AI to map content to specific standards (such as TSRS 1–2 and IFRS S1–S2), rewrite disclosures to comply with clause-level requirements, and ensure audit-ready traceability. The system will be a secure web application with features including a report creation wizard, evidence uploads with OCR and text extraction, AI-powered clause mapping and rewriting, detailed review and approval workflows, export capabilities, and advanced RBAC for user roles. The MVP architecture should embrace Next.js, NestJS or FastAPI, PostgreSQL with pgvector, and integrate enterprise LLM models via APIs. Future phases might include multi-tenant SaaS, ERP/DMS integrations, and additional language output. The deliverables range from architecture docs and clause maps to MVP deployment, admin/user guides, test plans, and a DevOps runbook. All intellectual property must remain with the client, and robust security, privacy, and compliance controls should be built in. The project will run using Agile methodology in two-week sprints, with regular demos and code reviews.
