Job Description

Next Door Photos (“NDP”) is a small business focused on delivering real estate photography, video, aerials, 3D modeling, and floor plans. The company is built on a culture of fun and community support, committed to excellence in both product delivery and customer experience. The position involves joining a growing team of reliable, talented “Media Pros” who represent the brand while achieving high-quality media capture. With flexible hours, there is potential for increased earning through product certification and availability for scheduling. Media Pros can capture up to 6 properties daily, with each property taking between 40-90 minutes to capture. This role is part-time and involves being an independent contractor, compensated on a per-service basis and paid extra for extended travel. Media Pros are responsible for capturing and uploading media, while NDP handles other aspects.

Requirements

Experience:

We are seeking experienced photographers, videographers, and certified Part 107 drone pilots. Real estate photography experience is not required as all Media Pros will receive full training on NDP’s products.

Other Requirements:

• Ability to professionally interact with clients and homeowners
• Consistent punctuality for scheduled shoots at various locations
• Professional attire while on the job
• Uploading media before 9PM on the day of the shoot
• Flexible schedule
• Maintain an up-to-date Google calendar with availability
• Drive 30-40% of the workday
• Follow NDP shoot flow and standards to provide high-quality products
• Effective communication with clients during shoots
• Regular communication with the Local Owner and clients via email, text, and phone
• Willingness to study/test for Part 107 certification for commercial drone flying
• Open to receiving feedback/training related to NDP’s standards of quality and professionalism

Equipment List

The Media Pro position requires the following equipment to complete photography shoots. All other equipment needed for NDP’s product offerings will be supplied by the local owner:

• Digital SLR (or mirrorless) camera and a Wide Angle Lens:
• APS-C (cropped) sensor camera with a 10-24mm Lens OR
• Full Frame sensor camera with 16-35mm Lens
• External (off-camera) flash
• Tripod and ball head attachment
• Reliable transportation
• High-Speed Internet

Pay: $25.00 - $45.00 per hour
