We are a real estate company operating in Nashville and Northwest Florida seeking a part-time contract Social Content Videographer with real estate knowledge. The main focus is ongoing monthly content creation for a luxury real estate brand, highlighting the lifestyle that living in Middle Tennessee offers. The deliverables are 2–4 reels (15–30 seconds each) along with b-roll, featuring both in-home/listing videos and primarily content about the local lifestyle, businesses, and things to do in the area. The freelancer is required to be on site in Nashville for the full project; applicants willing to travel are welcome. This is for company use and is not a one-time project, but an ongoing need.
