Job Description

We’re looking for a freelance motion graphics artist to create visuals for our upcoming event, Ovations 2026: “Top Hats & Trapeze”, a classic carnival-themed celebration taking place on March 7, 2026.

Scope of Work

• Create a decorative looping video (unusual dimensions: 9216×1080) totaling about 5-7 minutes of content in compositions & vignettes.
• Deliver a fully editable After Effects project (including assets) that allows us to swap, drop in, or recolor elements.
• Combine existing artwork, public-domain assets, and original design to achieve a retro 1930s carnival poster style (mood board, logo, and some assets provided).

Requirements

• Proficiency in After Effects (other tools welcome, but final project must be AE).
• Experience working with large, custom resolutions and projection-mapping contexts.
• Ability to provide portfolio links or reels showing similar work.

Details

• Flat-fee contract.
• Work is primarily remote; hybrid/onsite collaboration possible for projection-mapping needs.
• Target delivery: mid-February 2026 to allow for review, tweaks, and integration before the March 7 event.
