About the Role

Tiny Traveller Books is seeking a talented illustrator to collaborate on an upcoming 32-page children’s picture book. We are looking for someone who can bring authenticity, creativity, and emotional depth to the artwork while capturing both local culture and universal themes.

Responsibilities

Create illustrations for 32 pages plus cover art and design elements.

Work collaboratively with the editorial team to ensure the artwork aligns with the story and target audience.

Deliver polished, high-resolution digital artwork ready for print production.

Maintain consistency of style and character design across the book.

Qualifications

Ghanaian national or Ghana-based illustrator (required).

Strong portfolio showcasing storytelling ability, character design, and cultural authenticity.

Experience in children’s publishing, editorial illustration, or similar narrative projects.

Ability to work to deadlines and respond well to feedback.

Timeline & Compensation

Project Start: Nov 2025 (flexible).

Deliverables: Cover + 32 pages of illustrations.

Compensation: Competitive and commensurate with experience.
