Job Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced Web Designer to join our team. As a Web Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly websites. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality designs that meet client objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop responsive websites using React Express, PHP, and other web technologies
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather requirements and understand project objectives
  • Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to visualize design concepts
  • Implement SEO best practices to optimize website performance
  • Conduct data analysis to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven design decisions
  • Ensure websites are visually consistent and adhere to brand guidelines
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless integration of design elements
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in web design

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Web Designer or similar role
  • Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web technologies
  • Strong visual design skills with an eye for detail
  • Experience with Telerik, Adobe Flash, Adobe Acrobat, Sketch, or other design tools
  • Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices
  • Familiarity with data analysis techniques and tools
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Graphic design: 4 years (Required)
  • Web design: 4 years (Required)
  • WordPress: 3 years (Required)
  • Social media management: 3 years (Required)

License/Certification:

  • Driver’s License (Required)

Ability to Commute:

  • Columbus, OH 43235 (Required)

Ability to Relocate:

  • Columbus, OH 43235: Relocate before starting work (Required)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Columbus, OH 43235

Additional Information

Job Types: Part-time, Contract, Freelance

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
