Social Media Content Production for a Real Estate Developer

Content Creator is needed in Sligo, Ireland.

Beldare Homes is looking for a creative and motivated Content Creator to support our online presence. The role involves producing and editing video and photo content to showcase our residential developments, construction progress, and community initiatives. The ideal candidate should understand how to craft engaging stories, handle walkthroughs, client testimonials, and other visual content suitable for social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok. You will work closely with our offshore social media manager, but production will be carried out locally in Ireland, primarily in Sligo/Dublin. Experience in photography, videography, and editing is important, as well as familiarity with Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Lightroom, Photoshop, or Canva. A good understanding of brand consistency, strong copywriting skills, and the ability to tailor messaging for both lifestyle and technical topics is preferred. Experience with real estate or architecture is a plus, but not necessary. You should be available for onsite work in Ireland with some flexibility for a hybrid approach, and be ready to deliver over a day or two, with the possibility of follow-up work.
