We are seeking a Sound & Studio Engineer to help set up and manage the operation of our podcast video studio in Antwerp. The position is suitable for someone with strong technical skills in audio and video production, who can deliver high-quality results for different clients. Responsibilities include configuring and prepping the studio for recording sessions, setting up cameras, lighting, and microphones, installing and operating teleprompters, TV screens, and other audiovisual gear, ensuring professional sound quality during sessions, quickly troubleshooting any technical problems, and providing guidance to clients. The ideal candidate has at least two years of experience in audio/video engineering, preferably in a studio or live recording environment, is proficient in managing studio equipment, understands camera and lighting setups, and is comfortable communicating in Dutch and English. The role requires on-site presence for every project, so being based in or near Antwerp is essential. You’ll join a growing and creative podcast studio, with flexible, on-demand work and the prospect of increased workload as our client base expands.
