We are seeking a freelance AI Workflow Developer for a consulting practice, The AI Augmented Leader, which helps executives and entrepreneurs integrate AI solutions into their daily work. The role involves delivering technical expertise in designing, configuring, and deploying custom AI assistants and workflow automations that streamline business processes and improve leadership productivity. Applicants should be experienced in AI agent frameworks (such as LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI), highly proficient in Python and/or JavaScript, and familiar with automation platforms like Zapier, Make, and n8n. Key duties include building and integrating AI-driven tools with existing business systems (such as Hubspot, Notion, Google Drive, and CRMs), developing dashboards and monitoring tools, and collaborating with the consultant to refine solutions based on client needs. Proficiency in handling APIs, prompt engineering, and process tracking is essential. The preferred candidate is capable of working independently yet can communicate and collaborate effectively, with the flexibility to scale working hours as client work expands. Lisbon-based applicants are preferred but remote candidates are welcome.
