Looking for a technical recruiter
We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to assist in finding and hiring top engineering talent for a personal project. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in sourcing, screening, and engaging with developers across various technology stacks, with an understanding of both technical skills and cultural fit. You will be responsible for sourcing candidates through platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, job boards, and your own network. You should be able to manage the complete recruitment process, including posting, outreach, screening, and coordination, and work closely with us to refine job descriptions and understand our requirements. Your goal will be to present only qualified, pre-vetted candidates to help speed up the hiring process. Familiarity with modern tech stacks such as React, Node, Python, and Cloud services is important. Strong communication and organizational skills are required, as well as the ability to work independently and deliver results quickly. The role is remote and intended as a long-term or ongoing engagement.
