Factory liaison to follow up on request with manufacturer
Project Manager is needed in Guangzhou, China.
We are seeking a reliable factory liaison in Guangzhou, China to support High Sierra Vending with on-site factory visits and ongoing communication. The role involves regularly attending the factory at different production stages to audit progress, gather evidence, and resolve issues. You will be responsible for tracking open items to closure using a shared tracker, managing document requests and verification, and ensuring effective communication in both English and Mandarin. Maintaining shipping standards, weekly reporting with clear dashboards and photo/video evidence, and issue resolution are key tasks. You will coordinate stakeholders through WeChat and email, maintaining a single source of truth for all actions. Success will be measured by prompt acknowledgement of requests, timely first responses, on-time shipments, and thorough pre-shipment inspections. This is a part-time contract position for our company, and a hybrid on-site/remote approach is required.
