Full Scale - Senior Mobile App Developer (Flutter / Cross-Platform)

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Mobile App Developer with 4+ years of experience in cross-platform mobile development, specializing in Flutter and modern mobile architectures. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in building and scaling production-ready consumer applications with advanced integrations, high performance, and secure workflows—particularly for high-volume industries such as entertainment and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
• Implement state management solutions (Provider, GetX, MVVM) and scalable mobile architectures.
• Integrate and manage APIs including GraphQL and RESTful services with robust caching and data serialization strategies.
• Build secure, high-performance apps with support for authentication, biometrics, encryption, and fraud detection.
• Develop, test, and deploy mobile applications to the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, ensuring compliance with platform guidelines.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines, code signing, versioning, and environment configurations using tools like GitHub Actions, Fastlane, Gradle, CocoaPods.
• Perform unit, widget, and integration testing to ensure app reliability, scalability, and maintainability.
• Monitor application health using crash reporting, analytics, and performance monitoring tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (backend, product, QA, DevOps) to deliver high-quality features on time.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies, frameworks, and industry best practices to ensure continuous innovation.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional mobile development experience, with a focus on Flutter cross-platform applications.
• Strong background in native iOS and Android development.
• Proven track record of delivering high-scale, production-ready apps with complex integrations.
• Solid understanding of mobile security, authentication, and performance optimization.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and release management.
• Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and collaboration skills.
