Remote Social Media Manager (Social Media Agency)

We’re MilanX Productions, a Gen Z–led creative agency based in Charlotte, NC, producing premium, strategy-driven content for hotels, nonprofits/schools, real estate and interior designers, and medspas/wellness brands. We are seeking a creative and experienced Social Media Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for editing and producing short-form video content, designing branded graphics, managing content scheduling, and engaging with online communities across social platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts. You must be fluent in English, possess strong video editing and graphic design skills, and have a proven portfolio of professional work. Experience with social media algorithms, content scheduling tools, and copywriting that matches brand voice is required. Ad strategy experience in Meta, TikTok, or LinkedIn is a plus. The role requires at least one professional page previously managed and a strong portfolio showcasing your work. A two-week paid training period is part of the onboarding process. This is a remote, part-time contract position with growth opportunities as the company expands.
