Chinese song for pirate crew

I am seeking a composer who can create a serious, WWII-era Maoist revolutionary anthem in the style of ‘The East Is Red’ or ‘Red Sun in the Sky.’ The song is for a fictional group, the Maggsnian Pirates, and should treat them as a legitimate revolutionary force. The lyrics should praise their mission to establish a dominant maritime monopoly that everyone relies on, using an authentic mid-20th century Chinese revolutionary style without resorting to pirate clichés. The composition should be solemn, heroic, and triumphant. Skills in composing, singing in Chinese, and familiarity with 1930s–40s military style music are needed. Examples of the preferred style include the referenced Chinese revolutionary songs.
