Important: Please Note this is a position with potential rev-share.

We are looking for an Environment Artist and Level Designer to help us finish “Wolf of the Desert!” Our team comprises students and juniors working on this project, and we need collaborators to help complete the game’s demo by mid-November 2025.

Requirements

A Qualified Candidate will have:

• Industry Knowledge: Understanding of stealth game level design, Unreal Engine, Blender 3D, and any other relevant applications to enhance the process.
• Environment and Level Design Portfolio: A portfolio showcasing the ability to create immersive interior levels is essential.
• Skills: Proficient in Level Design, Environment Design, Character Modeling, 3D Modeling, Lighting, Texturing, Basic Sculpting and Animating, using premade assets effectively, and prototyping/grey boxing levels into fully fleshed environments.
• Creativity: Ability to analyze existing levels in similar games and add unique twists while efficiently using premade assets to expedite workflows.
• Communication: Strong writing, presentation, and teamwork skills, with timely communication. Expected to document hours worked each week along with screenshots of completed work.
• Tools: Familiarity with Unreal Engine 5, Blender (or similar DCC software), Substance Designer or alternatives; knowledge of Maya is a plus.
• Experience: Prior experience in game studios on a shipped game is highly desirable.
