Job Description

We are seeking a Senior UX Designer who excels in connecting the dots between user needs, business goals, and technical possibilities to craft seamless and impactful user experiences across industries. In this role, you will navigate complex projects from ideation to delivery, collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders, project managers, and global development teams to align on requirements and establish strong relationships.
• Represent insights gathered from user research and apply them to support impactful design decisions.
• Develop and present polished design concepts, and invest time in proof-of-concepts as needed.
• Extend your expertise to elevate both UX and UI excellence in products.
• Collaborate with developers for effective handoffs and ensure proper implementation of design details.
• Build and maintain design systems as single sources of truth, including thorough documentation.
• Create prototypes, wireframes, and interactive mockups to clearly communicate design thinking.
• Provide mentorship to junior designers by fostering growth and delivering constructive feedback.
• Represent the team by attending events, speaking at conferences, and engaging with design communities.
• Integrate AI tools and motion design concepts to push boundaries in interactivity and product quality.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional design experience in agency or enterprise environments, complemented by a comprehensive portfolio that highlights your process, decision-making, and transformative impact.
• Clear understanding of user journeys, showcasing a design-thinking mindset focused beyond individual screens.
• Proven ability to conduct discovery, user research, and utilize data-driven methods to inform design strategy.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to present solutions and progress effectively to cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Figma, as well as familiarity with supporting tools like Adobe Creative Suite or equivalents.
• Demonstrated ability to manage design projects independently in fast-paced environments while maintaining close collaboration with stakeholders and developers.
• Communicative fluency in English (B2 or above) to facilitate seamless collaboration with global clients.

• Background in Service Design methodologies.
• Experience leading discovery phases or workshops with customers.
• Passion for creating AI-driven user experiences, such as co-pilots or generative AI flows.
• Strong client engagement skills coupled with strategic facilitation abilities.
• Interest in emerging technologies that position you as a T-shaped designer (e.g., coding, motion design).
