We are looking for a backend developer or AI engineer with experience in API integrations (such as OpenAI, WhatsApp Cloud, Stripe, Google Sheets, or Notion) to develop an AI Concierge and Trip Planner system for our hospitality website, Costa Club House. The project involves building the backend for a chatbot that generates personalized itineraries, manages experience bookings, and creates automatic tickets. We also need assistance with general backend support for the booking site, including availability management, iCal synchronization, lead dashboard, and basic automations such as integrations with Make or Zapier. Preference will be given to candidates based in Europe with experience in Python or Node.js and knowledge of conversational AI workflows.
