Job Description

Munoz Ghezlan & Co. is seeking a results-driven Facebook & Instagram Ads Specialist to create, manage, and optimize paid campaigns aimed at generating high-quality leads and booked calls for real estate investors seeking Working Capital financing. The role includes designing and executing social campaigns, managing ad spend, creative testing, funnel optimization, and performance reporting directly tied to leads and funded deals.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and manage Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns targeting real estate investors.
• Create ad copy, creatives, and split-test variations for performance.
• Manage full funnel strategy (awareness → lead gen → booked calls).
• Track and report KPIs: cost per lead, cost per booked call, ROAS, and funded loan volume.
• Collaborate with our marketing team on landing pages, lead magnets, and retargeting.
• Stay updated on platform changes, policies, and new ad opportunities.

Requirements

• Proven track record managing Facebook/Instagram ads for lead generation (finance, real estate, or high-ticket offers preferred).
• Strong grasp of funnel optimization and conversion tracking.
• Experience with Go High-Level or similar CRMs is a plus.
• Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns for ROI.
• Creative eye for ad design & copywriting.
• Must provide past results/case studies (cost per lead, booked calls, ROI).

Compensation

• Competitive project or hourly rate (DOE).
• Performance incentives available (based on funded deals generated).
