We are forming a writers’ room for a new project that dramatizes events that could plausibly happen in the near future. Our focus is on fast-turnaround storytelling with realism, irony, and shock, inspired by styles such as Black Mirror, Revisionist History, The Onion, Severance, and Don’t Look Up. This is a paid development role for a confidential concept. We are a small group from emerging tech and film—specializing in robotics, medical devices, and human-machine interfaces—aiming to explore the intersection of technology and storytelling through short, dialogue-driven pieces.

Budget range:
Medium project ($1,500 – 3,000 USD)

Examples:
Smart, funny, near-future realism. Think Black Mirror meets Revisionist History, with a touch of The Onion, Severance, or Don’t Look Up.
