Lightroom photo organisation

I have been photographing for around 10 years and need support with organising my photo library. The project involves sorting approximately 60,000 photos by date, creating a coherent folder structure, and organising everything in Lightroom. There are complications such as duplicate files, unsorted and unrated photos, as well as exported images that should be matched to the original RAW files where possible. The goal is to set up the photo library so I can follow a more effective workflow in the future and stop losing track of RAW files related to my edits. Organising some videos and separating certain files from the overall Lightroom or folder structure is also needed. Ideally, files will be passed via hard drive, but online transfer is possible if needed. I am based in London, but remote work is fine.
