FOUND Marketing Firm is a full-service agency based in the Florida Panhandle, providing both digital and traditional marketing solutions. We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Videographer/Photographer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about visual storytelling, content creation, and bringing brands to life through high-quality photo and video content. The ideal candidate will be responsible for shooting and editing content for marketing campaigns, social media, events, and other promotional initiatives. This position requires both technical skill and creativity, with responsibilities including collaboration with our marketing team to produce engaging content that aligns with each brand vision.

Key Responsibilities

• Capture high-quality photo and video content for marketing campaigns, social media, website, and promotional materials.
• Edit and produce engaging short-form and long-form videos using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar software.
• Perform photo editing and retouching to maintain a consistent brand aesthetic.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts, shot lists, and storyboards.
• Stay on top of social media and visual trends to create content that resonates with target audiences.
• Manage photography and video projects from concept to completion, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Organize and maintain digital media files, ensuring easy access for team members.
• Occasionally appear on-camera or assist with behind-the-scenes creative direction if needed.
• Provide input on lighting, sound, and location selection for shoots.
• Ensure final content meets brand guidelines and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in photography and videography (portfolio required).
• Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Lightroom, or Photoshop.
• Experience with short-form video content for platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work independently.
• Strong eye for composition, color, and visual storytelling.
• Familiarity with camera equipment, lighting setups, and audio recording.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Creativity and willingness to experiment with new content ideas and trends.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or events as needed.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, film/media, or related field preferred but not required.
