Job Description

Blue Coral Pediatric Dentistry and Orthodontics is seeking a Creative Content Creator (Social Media) to help showcase our team and brand on Instagram and Facebook. This role involves brainstorming and creating engaging content that highlights our staff, office culture, and patient experiences.

Requirements

• Highly creative with fresh content ideas
• Proficient in photography (phone or DSLR) and basic editing tools
• Friendly, upbeat demeanor, especially with kids and families
• Natural storytelling ability to connect with online audiences
• Organized, capable of managing a content calendar
• Passionate about social media, branding, and visual storytelling
• Bonus: Experience in dental/medical field (not required)

What You’ll Do

• Brainstorm and create engaging content showcasing our staff and office culture
• Shoot and edit photos/videos for Reels, Stories, and posts
• Collaborate with the team on office events, patient milestones, and holidays
• Stay updated on social media trends to keep content relevant
• Encourage staff participation in content creation
• Develop ideas for attracting new patients and building brand voice online
