About the Role: We’re looking for a creative and self-driven Social Media Content Creator to help us build and maintain a strong, engaging online presence through organic content. This is a flexible, hands-on role ideal for someone with a passion for storytelling, branding, and capturing authentic, high-quality content that resonates.

Responsibilities

• Create and post daily organic content for our social media platforms (primarily Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook).
• Plan and execute content shoots in coordination with our team.
• Edit and deliver short-form videos, reels, stories, and static posts that align with our brand voice.
• Develop creative ideas and campaigns to build engagement and grow our audience.
• Work independently or collaboratively to gather content in-store or on-site as needed.
• Stay current with social media trends and adapt content strategies accordingly.

Requirements

• Proven experience creating engaging social content — please share your portfolio or work samples.
• Strong video editing skills (Reels, TikToks, stories, etc.).
• Experience in shooting and editing ads is a major plus.
• Solid understanding of organic growth strategies and performance insights.
• Ability to match and evolve with brand voice and visual style.
• Self-motivated, organized, and deadline-driven.

Ideal Schedule

We’re fully open to working around your creative process and style. Whether that means:

• Being on-site all day,
• Coming in for just a few hours, or
• Visiting every other day to gather enough content for the week —

We’re flexible, as long as the core goal is met: posting quality, organic content daily.

Compensation

There is no set cap on pay at this time — we’re open to discussions based on your working style, content quality, and experience. Depending on what works best for you, we can structure compensation hourly, per deliverable/post, or through a custom arrangement. We’re more focused on finding the right creative fit, so let’s talk and explore what that looks like.
