Job Description

Bombay Hair is seeking a Viral Content Creator / Short-form Video Specialist to join our marketing team. The role focuses on enhancing our presence on Instagram Reels and TikTok through engaging and trend-driven video content. Ideal candidates are enthusiastic about TikTok and Instagram trends, and possess a track record of creating viral content.

Key Responsibilities

• Spot, adapt, and execute trending TikTok and IG Reels formats quickly.
• Create scroll-stopping content with strong hooks, pacing, solution-based, us vs them, and storytelling.
• Film, edit, and optimize videos for retention and engagement.
• Write captions and select hashtags aligned with best practices.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with brand voice and campaigns.
• Analyze performance metrics and iterate on what works best.

Requirements

• Proven portfolio of viral TikToks / IG Reels (please provide examples).
• Strong video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or equivalent).
• Deep understanding of platform algorithms, trends, and audience psychology.
• Ability to produce content quickly while maintaining quality.
• Creative thinker with a sense of humor, timing, and storytelling.
• Bonus: experience in beauty, fashion, or e-commerce niches.
