GoHighLevel (GHL) to Dual CRM Integration & Data Integrity Fix

We are seeking an experienced Zapier and GoHighLevel developer to rebuild our lead flow from our main survey funnel into two proprietary backend systems. The current process is experiencing data integrity issues, particularly with the handling of zip codes (e.g., leading zeros being lost). You will be responsible for creating a robust GoHighLevel form/survey and custom Zapier workflow to ensure secure and complete data submission to both target CRMs: Lead Conduit and Lead Perfection. Solutions must include stable Zapier workflows using Code Steps (Python/JavaScript), Webhooks, and reliable dual CRM submission logic. The highest priority is enforcing a permanent 5-digit string format for all zip codes before data submission to maintain routing accuracy. Additionally, you will ensure the accurate mapping and transfer of unique identifiers, product IDs, and UTM parameters throughout the process. This position is with SageHome Brands and remote work is acceptable.
