We are organizing a Navratri Garba 2025 event featuring live artists, a mix of traditional and modern décor, and daily festive activities. Our aim is to create a strong and appealing visual identity for the event and promote it widely across social media to attract both attendees and sponsors. We need a freelancer to design a distinctive event logo (with vector, full color, and single color versions), prepare a style guide with colors, fonts, and patterns, and deliver various collateral such as digital banners, posters, flyers, and ticket/invite designs. Additionally, we require a content strategy: daily Instagram and Facebook posts/stories, artist announcements, countdowns, save-the-date graphics, highlight covers, and potentially short motion graphics or reels. Final deliverables should include editable files and suggested captions and hashtags to maintain consistency. The project is short-term, with delivery needed before August 2026, and could lead to additional work.
