Job Description

This is a remote position.

Schedule:

• Mondays to Fridays, 8 hours a day.
• 4 hours overlap within UK business hours, the rest is flexible.

Scope:

• 80% marketing-focused responsibilities, 20% administrative support.
• Direct collaboration with company founders and the leadership team.
• Independent work during the remaining hours.
• Long-term role supporting the company through the launch phase and beyond.

Responsibilities:

• Own and co-develop marketing strategies with the founding team.
• Manage and post content on LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
• Create content for various marketing channels.
• Update company web pages with fresh content.
• Handle marketing campaigns from execution to monitoring.
• Provide administrative support for general business operations, including monitoring emails, creating a CRM, and helping with coordination with placements.
• Collaborate directly with founders during 4-hour daily overlap periods.
• Support the company’s preparation for the January product launch.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a marketing manager, senior, or lead role.
• At least 5 years of recent marketing experience.
• Strong social media management skills, particularly on LinkedIn.
• Content creation and copywriting abilities.
• Experience with web content management.
• Marketing campaign execution experience.
• Administrative and business operations support capabilities.
• Ability to work independently during non-overlap hours.
• Portfolio of previous marketing work.
• Flexibility to work with 4-hour overlap in the UK time zone.
