Job Description

Position Title: IT - Senior ETL Developer

Location Options: Preferred in Cleveland, OH; Pittsburgh, PA; Birmingham, AL; North Texas Market, TX; and Phoenix, AZ. The role allows for a hybrid work model, with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote. Acceptable time zones are EST, with some flexibility for those in other zones.

Target Start Date: 10/28/2025

Intended Length of Assignment: 03/31/2026

The initiative this resource will assist with involves ETL processes for onboarding new bank data associated with the acquisition of First Bank. This application serves as the system of record for various online banking experiences.

Industry Background: A financial background is preferred.

Team Composition: The team consists of 6 members including a Scrum Master, Business Systems Analyst, and varying levels of software engineers.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop ETL processes to grab data for accounts provided by First Bank, mapping and importing it into PNC’s system of record.
• Work on internal PNC items, such as the onboarding process of all entitlements.
• Conduct data mapping.

Requirements

Must Have Technical Skills

• ETL developer with experience in Informatica.

Flex Skills/Nice to Have

• Java Development experience.

Soft Skills

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Function-specific and task-oriented abilities.

Education/Certifications

Experience will be considered in lieu of formal education.
