Job Description
We’re hiring a Neighborhood Video Content Creator to film and edit short, social-ready videos that capture real life across San Francisco communities — from cafés and parks, public transportation, to local culture and walkable city living. You’ll help us produce 200+ pieces of short-form video content (30–60 seconds each) for use across Instagram Reels, TikTok, and other platforms.
Requirements
- Minimum 3,000+ followers on any social platform (Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube).
- 5–10 hours/week availability.
- Must be local to San Francisco or able to travel for filming.
- Ability to film and edit your own content (Reels/TikTok format).
- Professional communication, reliability, and respect for privacy while filming.
Camera Requirements
- Photo: 8–10 MP minimum
- Video: 1080p (1920×1080) @ 30 fps or better
- Audio: Built-in mic acceptable; external mic a plus
- Most modern phones (iPhone 11+, Pixel 6+, Galaxy S10+) qualify.
- Use highest quality settings available (e.g., 4K 60 fps, Pro/RAW mode).

- Respect privacy and obtain consent when filming identifiable individuals
Deliverables
- 200+ total short-form videos (30–60 seconds each) over time
- Vertical format (Reels/TikTok/Shorts)
- Mixture of ambient sound, talking clips, and B-roll footage
- Edited and ready for upload

Location: San Francisco, CA (on-site filming required)
