Job Description

The Senior Mobile Engineer (React Native) will plan, design, develop, configure, document, deploy, troubleshoot, and maintain mobile apps focused on the retail consumer, business, and treasury management apps. The candidate should be innovative, energetic, and comfortable leading and contributing to provide excellent customer experiences. They will collaborate with a team of developers, business analysts, product managers, and QA/testing staff to deliver safe and high-quality digital experiences for both internal and external customers. The role requires independence and technical expertise to ensure outstanding software development and delivery.

Requirements

Technical Skills

• Strong analysis and design skills, and experience with a modern mobile technology stack
• Expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, and React Native
• Experience with automated testing frameworks like Jest, Appium, or others
• Expertise with mobile design, cross-platform development, and APIs
• Experience integrating with APIs including SOAP and REST
• Advanced knowledge of source control and change control practices
• Experience with build automation and deployment tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.)
• Experience releasing apps to the Apple App Store and Google Play Store
• Development experience with mobile applications in complex, multi-tiered environments
• Financial Services experience is a plus
• Experience delivering complex web apps is a plus
