Floor Plan & Structural Assessment for Change of Use – Vancouver

Architect is needed in Vancouver, Canada.

We are seeking a designer or architect to assist with preparing floor plans and site plans for a small commercial unit (563 sq.ft) located at Unit 207 – 5729 West Boulevard, Vancouver. The project is for a change of use from Office to Personal Service (Beauty Salon). We require a site visit to take accurate measurements, creation of floor plans that show both the current and proposed layouts, and the identification of one non-load-bearing wall to be removed. The project also requires structural engineering input or sign-off to confirm the wall is non-structural, and all drawings must be submitted in PDF format suitable for the City of Vancouver’s permitting requirements. We already have a rough layout which can be shared as a reference. The timeline is urgent: ideally, we need the completed package within one week.

Budget range:
Up to $221
