I am looking for a freelancer to help me create a GNU Radio flowgraph for a personal project. My setup includes a Ka band downconverter (26 GHz to 40 GHz), a harmonic mixer (26 GHz to 40 GHz), a Pluto SDR (1 to 6 GHz), two WR28 waveguides with URB 320 flanges (26 GHz to 40 GHz), an amplifier (100 kHz to 40 GHz), and a horn antenna (1 GHz to 40 GHz). I need the flowgraph to be based on this equipment so that I can view the downconverted signal and record the resulting RF signals using GNU Radio. The ideal expert should be comfortable working with Windows 11 and have experience with similar RF projects.
