Job Description

This is a remote position with a schedule from Monday to Friday, offering flexible hours between 8 AM to 5 PM UK time, and paid at 20 hours per week. You will be joining a thriving exterior cleaning business that is rapidly expanding internationally, operating with 8 professional teams and 18 employees. The company provides premium window cleaning, soft washing, and roof cleaning services, and is experiencing significant growth in its equipment sales division across European markets including Belgium, France, Italy, and Spain. This role involves working directly with the business owner during a crucial growth phase to streamline operations and enhance their digital presence.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage engaging content across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts.
• Edit TikTok videos and adapt content strategically across multiple social platforms.
• Implement SEO optimization strategies to enhance digital visibility.
• Provide executive assistant support and help optimize time management systems.
• Manage customer relationships using the company’s Nexus CRM database.
• Support the international equipment sales division targeting European markets.
• Handle general administrative tasks that support business growth.
• Transform current manual social media processes into efficient, scalable systems.
• Assist with managing inquiries from multiple European countries.

Requirements

• Proven experience in digital marketing and SEO implementation.
• Background in personal/admin assistant or executive administrative support.
• Strong skills in social media content creation and video editing.
• Self-motivated with a proactive, willing attitude.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining excellent communication.
• Familiarity with cross-platform social media management and content adaptation.
• Experience with CRM systems preferred.
• Interest in working with an internationally expanding business.
