Job Description

Our animators are world-class artists who collaborate with writers, software engineers, and designers to create compelling entertainment experiences for players globally. They prioritize their work alongside peers, contributing creative solutions throughout the production process. Responsibilities include conceptualizing ideas and producing a wide range of animated content, from dynamic interactive performances to large-scale cinematic moments that shape our ideas. Animators also prototyping gameplay experiences with designers and programmers, working closely with software engineers to improve proprietary tools and maximize workflow efficiency.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, candidates should possess:

• Product-level thinking that leads to intentional, meaningful decisions from concept to completion.
• An outstanding ability to portray believable physical movement, strong acting, and storytelling for 3D computer-generated characters.
• A detailed understanding of Maya, experience with motion capture, and the capability to build animation state machines.
• Knowledge of rigging, scripting, modeling, texturing, lighting, and video editing.
• Prior professional experience shipping world-class products in the software, television, or film industry.
