Job Description

Shout Out LLC is seeking a freelance TikTok content creator to produce short-form, engaging videos that highlight the personality and value of our local clients in Knoxville, TN. The role involves creating video content, developing creative concepts, staying updated on TikTok trends, collaborating with the marketing team, visiting client locations, and presenting new content ideas.

Requirements for the Role

• Proven experience creating TikTok or Reels content with strong engagement results (portfolio or sample links required).
• Excellent video-editing skills using mobile or desktop tools (CapCut, InShot, Premiere Rush, etc.).
• Understanding of TikTok analytics, algorithm trends, and storytelling best practices.
• Reliable self-starter who can manage deadlines, communicate clearly, and deliver consistently.
• Familiarity with East Tennessee culture and businesses is a plus.
• Bonus points for photography, copywriting, or multi-platform social media experience.

Compensation & Logistics

• Freelance contract (paid per video, project, or retainer—depending on scope).
• Flexible hours with light local travel for filming as needed.
