We are RepurposeMySocials.com, a growing startup focused on transforming long-form audiovisual content, such as webinars and podcasts, into engaging short-form content for various social media platforms. We are looking to hire 1–2 Virtual Assistants (VAs) on a contract, per-project basis to join our content repurposing team. Your main responsibility will be to take each 75-minute webinar video and create a package including 5 Reels or Shorts (up to 90 seconds each), 1 Carousel post, 7 Stories (15 seconds each), and 1 Quote graphic resized for several major platforms. You should be experienced in editing and repurposing social media content, familiar with tools such as Canva, Kapwing, Pictory, OpusClip, or Munch, and able to deliver high-quality content packages within 3 working days. We offer payment per content package, with one revision included, and the opportunity for consistent work as our company scales.
