Sales Lead responsible for growing business revenue

We are The Limners and Bards Limited, a multi award-winning Jamaican creative agency based in Kingston, Jamaica. We are seeking an expert Sales Lead to help us grow business revenue in North America, with a focus on agency and production services. The ideal candidate has 5–10+ years of experience in business development or sales within advertising, production, or creative agencies. You will need to have deep client and agency connections (brands, media, production, or marketing teams), a proven track record of pitching and winning new business such as campaigns, TV/radio spots, and production, and familiarity with bid/tender platforms like The List, BidClerk, agency RFP sites, and Film Commission postings. Your responsibilities will include scouting and filtering new opportunities daily, setting up pitch meetings, and bringing qualified leads to our agency. Comfort with selling both traditional and AI-enhanced creative solutions is important. The role is part-time and fully remote, and we prefer candidates based in the U.S. or Canada.
