Location: Oxton, Nottinghamshire (with occasional trips to our sites in Ketton, Rutland and Markfield, Leicester)

Requirements

We’re looking for a Digital Marketing & Community Executive who is dynamic, creative, and people-oriented. Responsibilities include:

• Digital Marketing & Social Media:
• Manage and produce engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
• Create, edit, and publish various content (videos, reels, images, written content)
• Manage paid media campaigns on Instagram and Facebook
• Improve SEO and brand presence
• Monitor and respond to messages and comments
• Community Engagement & Events Management:
• Plan and run various events
• Coordinate regular blogs and newsletters
• Cultivate relationships with onsite teams and local communities
• Manage customer testimonials and Google Reviews
• Ensure community activities reflect our identity and values

Who You Are

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has proven experience in social media, digital marketing, event coordination, or community management
• Is skilled in social media management and content creation, including video content
• Possesses great communication and copywriting skills
• Is highly proactive, organized, and efficient
• Can manage multiple projects while delivering high-quality results
• Understands our mission and wants to grow in the natural burials industry

Desirable Skills (but not essential)

• Paid media skills (e.g., Meta Ads Manager)
• Video and image editing skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut)
• SEO and Hubspot experience (ideally with UK businesses)
• Events management experience

Travel Requirements

You’ll ideally be based around, or close to, Nottinghamshire and need access to a car, as our HQ and sites are not easily accessible by public transport.
