Job Description

EngagedMD is seeking an experienced Motion Graphic Designer for a contract position. The designer will work remotely and play a crucial role in the post-production process by creating polished animated video content suitable for our audiences. This position involves collaboration with the Creative Director and senior-level producers, writers, animators/illustrators, and subject matter experts to develop branded animated content. Contractors must reside in the United States and are expected to be able to work 40 hours per week depending on departmental needs.

Responsibilities

- Collaborate on motion design projects and create solutions based on feedback.

- Contribute to the asset library by producing polished pieces suitable for the audience.

- Deliver work on time, within the company’s budget, and according to brand standards.

Requirements

- 2+ years of experience in the field with a proven portfolio of previous projects.

- Expert knowledge in animation and motion graphics, with secondary knowledge of filmcraft, design, post-production, and eLearning.

- Familiarity with Blender or 3D modeling software is a valuable asset.

- Sound understanding of After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop, and Illustrator.

- Strong understanding of video and audio file formats and video analysis.

- Sound understanding of typography, composition, and general design aesthetics.

- Superior written and verbal communication skills.
