UX Designer

At Bomb Party, we are looking for a UX Designer to manage the UX design and implementation for our main website and all Rep sites. The main goal is to enhance user satisfaction by improving usability and accessibility, while ensuring consistency with our brand and equipping our development team for success. As a member of our team, you will deliver key design documentation such as mockups and prototypes, conduct both qualitative and quantitative user research, review user feedback for improvements, and conduct usability testing. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute innovative solutions for our product direction, and produce high-quality designs, diagrams, storyboards, and site maps. The ideal candidate should have a bachelor’s degree, at least two years of UX-centric experience, a creative and detail-oriented approach, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
