Building an app for selling and buying used horse and dog equipment

We’re looking to develop an app that serves as a marketplace for buying and selling used equipment specifically for horses and dogs. There is currently no effective solution for this in Norway, and I would like to fill that gap by creating a user-driven platform where individuals can post and purchase equipment. As the owner, my intention is to take a small fee per transaction and offer options for users to pay to highlight their listings. The style should be inspired by the Finn.no app, with clear categories and subcategories for both dogs and horses. This is a personal project; I am an entrepreneur from Stavanger, Norway, with experience in real estate, farming, and the oil and gas sector. I am looking for a skilled freelancer who can help estimate the time and effort required to bring this project to life.
